    中文全稱:玻璃纖維增強水泥復合材料
    英文名:Glass-fiber Reinforced Cement
    GRC 是玻璃纖維增強水泥復合材料的英文縮寫,來源于歐美技術,是將抗堿玻璃纖維、水泥、砂等其他復合材料按一定配比攪拌,在模具 內澆灌成型,生產出造型豐富,質感多樣的產品,被廣泛應用在國內 外各具特色的建筑中。

    GRC 的膠凝材料是水泥,所以 GRC 也是一種混 凝土制品,屬于混凝土行業中的一個分支。普通的混凝土抗壓強度很 高,但是抗彎強度、抗拉強度以及抗沖擊強度卻較低。GRC 由于其中 摻入了抗堿玻璃纖維,使得其在以上的各方面性能相比于普通的混凝 土有了質的飛躍,在不降低混凝土制品本身優勢的情況下,GRC 材料 大幅提高了水泥制品的抗彎強度、抗拉強度、抗沖擊強度并降低了自 身的密度。

    優質的 GRC 制品的抗彎強度可以達到 25Mpa,抗沖擊強度 達到 10-25KJ/m2,但是其干密度只有 1800-2000kg/m3,要比混凝土 制品輕 1/5 左右。以上這些特點使得 GRC 相比于預制混凝土或其他水 泥制品的有著非常明顯的優勢,尤其是當需要薄壁型的材料時,其抗 彎、抗沖擊強度的優勢將更加明顯。


     

    GRC應該領域

    GRC建筑細部裝飾構件,簡稱:GRC建筑細部。
    GRC幕墻板,或稱:GRC外墻掛板。
    GRC園林景觀制品,如:GRC雕塑,GRC假山,GRC小品,GRC花缽等。
    還有GRC輕質隔墻板、GRC保溫板、通風管道、永久性管狀芯模、永久性模板、工業建筑屋面構件、聲屏障、自承載式地板、灌溉渠道等。

    一、GRC外墻裝飾構件的設計工作

    1.建筑立面設計(即構件應用設計)。

    四、橫向連續構件(如檐線、腰線)與轉角處的處理方式
    1.確定構件連接處縫隙。考慮到干濕變形和溫度變形因素,水平連續構件之   間必須留有伸縮縫。單根長度不大于2m的構件其伸縮縫寬不小于5mm。單根長度2m以上的構件,伸縮縫寬應為5—10mm。
    2.構件間縫隙處理的方式有三種:
    (1)明縫。類似真石材構件,保持自然接縫效果。
    (2)半明縫。用橡膠條(或塑料條)塞縫,建筑密封膠嵌縫。
    (3)暗縫。用橡膠條(或塑料條)塞縫,建筑密封膠嵌縫后刮膩子,刷涂料, 使接縫處與構件表面一致。

    備注:半明縫和暗縫處理時不得使用水泥砂漿嵌縫。
    3.必須根據建筑物軸線尺寸、門窗洞位置、墻體轉角變化情況和墻體伸縮縫(沉降縫)的位置等因素來確定每個構件的長度,使構件的連接縫位置與建筑物立面統一協調對稱。且構件的大小適于制做與安裝。水平構件長度范圍可在1.2—2.4m之間。
    4.建筑物轉角處的水平構件須設計成陰陽角構件,不得使用構件切割拼接。陰陽角單邊長度可在0.3—1.2m之間。

    七、構件與墻體的連接

    2.構件與墻體變化處的連接處(如檐口、窗口、門口、陽臺、雨蓬、落水口、墻面突變處和轉角處)應根據實際情況設計詳細節點。在邊緣部位要特別注意安裝螺栓將墻體劈開的可能性,因此,構件的位置確定須保證安裝螺栓距邊緣有一定的距離。
    3.落水管、外掛設備(如空調機)與構件的關系。

    一、計算機編程:工廠的雕刻師傅根據CAD圖紙,按照客戶的要求和圖紙上面標注的尺寸,進行編寫計算機程序。需要雕刻的一般都是有造型的部位,不能使用平板來實現的部位。

    4.石膏模---使用次數少(使用2-3次)

     噴射工藝的主要步驟如下:

           產品包裝運輸:出廠的所有的產品,都需要進行良好的包裝。首先用包裝紙來包裝,外部還需要用木卡來進行加固。運輸方式一般有陸運和海運兩種。如果條件和工期允許,首選海上運輸。條件不允許的選擇陸運。

  • 勝帆GRC安裝方法詳解
    Shengfan GRC installation method in detail

    一、直接安裝法:
           直接在建筑原墻上用膨脹螺絲或化學錨栓固定,墻體與產品之間沒有其它輔助材料,此法安裝方便,快捷,經濟。但對建筑本身結構要求非常高,如果空心磚,壓氣磚等墻體都無法安裝,最好是混凝土墻體,另外要求墻體水平垂直精確度比較高,墻平整度比較好。

    一、Direct installation method:

           產品表面預留螺絲孔,孔位須加厚,呈內小外大的形狀,安裝完的螺絲頭不能高于產品表面。

    三、鋼架龍骨焊接法(干掛式):
           此法適用于產品表面,不再另行噴涂或做其它表面處理的產品。根據產品需要或結構需要一般主龍骨用,60*80*4或40*80*4高通。付骨用50*50*5等邊角鐵,連接產品處的非關鍵部件可以用40*40*4等邊角鐵。具體用料大小根據設計要求,但所用鋼材必須為熱鍍鋅螺栓及角碼等連接件,可以是不銹鋼及熱鍍鋅(起防腐,防銹作用)。主龍骨固定于墻體時應在主體結構的梁位或混凝土墻上生根錨固,見圖

          如出現特殊狀況安裝于墻體上的底座,基礎空鼓沒法固定或不牢固,可采用灌漿處理,將墻面開孔,空位用水泥砂漿灌實方可固定錨栓。產品與龍骨間的連接通過銹鋼或熱鍍鋅連接件(標準工藝是直接用連接件上螺絲連接,而我們通常為了方便操作會用焊接法,此做法對要求不高的客戶還行)。如果燒焊連接的焊接完后的焊縫一定要做防銹防腐處理,且焊縫的長度至少超過連接件的截面的一半長度,不能有虛焊,焊完后應用小尖錘敲擊焊接部位以確定焊接牢固。連接件的連鏈接分為(一次連接和二次連接)如圖:
