    中文全稱:玻璃纖維超強樹脂制品
    Chinese full name: glass fiber super resin products



    英文名:Fiberglass Reinforce plastic,也寫為GRP,它是一種復合材料,包含基體和增強體兩部分。
    English name: Fiberglass Reinforce plastic, also known as GRP, it is a composite material, including the matrix and the reinforcement of two parts.



    GRP材料的基體是樹脂, 起粘結作用,占總體積的百分數為30%~40%。樹脂(resin)是一種熱固性塑料,包括環氧(EP)、酚醛樹脂(PF)、等,同時樹脂也是一種有機非金屬材料。

    玻璃鋼雕塑工藝流程如下:
    FRP sculpture process is as follows :



    一、設計塑模
    一、Design mold

     1.優秀的雕塑作品需求有良好的設計根底,玻璃鋼雕塑的設計應思索到其資料與工藝的特性。玻璃鋼工藝易于成型漂亮的流線型制品,能夠突出作品的現代和時期感,在設計時可優先采用圓弧狀與流線型。

    2.玻璃鋼雕塑的原模可用泥來塑造,普通塑模由專業人員完成。雕塑工作完成后,經過自然枯燥,具有一定的強度后,就可停止玻璃鋼雕塑模具制造了。

    1.     二、雕塑制造
    二、Sculpture manufacturing

     A.玻璃鋼制造
    玻璃鋼雕塑制造采用手糊成型辦法。制造前將依據雕塑的外形特性,從便于成型與脫模的角度動身,能夠將模具合成成若干個單元翻制。依此成型出單元產品,然后將它們組合成一整體。最后將制品整體處置與涂裝,一部玻璃鋼雕塑作品就制造完成了。



     A. FRP manufacturing

     B.模具制造
     1.將配制好的硅橡膠分幾次涂劇在原模上,硅橡膠層應在1mm后以上。
     2.待硅橡膠交聯后,在硅橡膠上再成型厚度為3mm左右的玻璃鋼層。
     3.玻璃鋼固化后,沿著劃分出的單元塊將整體模具切開,切割時留意將玻璃鋼層及硅橡膠層同時切開。在單元塊間制造銜接肋,銜接肋處應設定位槽,以保證經過銜接肋使單元塊模具組合成一整體。
     4.將玻璃鋼單元塊脫模,然后脫下硅橡膠層,脫下的硅橡膠塊立刻放回玻璃鋼單元模中。



     B. Mold manufacturing

     三、成型制造
       1.從雕塑的一端著手,組合一局部模具后糊制產品。
       2.待前一局部固化后再組合模具,繼續糊制產品。
       3.在便于成型操作的前提下,一次盡可能多地組合模具單元塊。
       4.如此重復,最后留出一單元塊,該單元塊預先成型后膠接到整體雕塑上。
       5.玻璃鋼雕塑中相似于動物的角、腿、尾等難以用上述辦法制造的局部,能夠用相應的金屬資料制成大致的外形,然后在金屬資料上成型玻璃鋼,經過打磨的辦法修整出來。  
       6.雕塑型面普通比擬復雜,在工藝鋪層上應特殊處置。玻璃纖維氈難以鋪放處應先用含有短纖維的樹脂膩于填充,然后再鋪放玻璃纖維短切氈及方格布。雕塑外表層用樹脂膩子中的玻璃纖維長度以10mm為宜, 
       7.雕塑外表用樹脂膩子配比 資料聚酯樹脂玻璃纖維CaCO3填料顏料過氧化甲乙酮萘酸鈷用量1002010022-40.5-4   玻璃鋼雕塑成型中的一個重要問題是構造加強,加強資料普通選用金屬型材,用金屬型材焊接成雕塑內骨架。
       8.在成型制造時,將金屬骨架逐步埋放在雕塑中。以此進步玻璃鋼雕塑的剛度與強度,增加其運用壽命。
       9.最終經過金屬骨架裝置玻璃鋼雕塑組裝模具→填充表層膩子→鋪放短切氈→鋪放方格布→埋放骨架→最終制品脫模 。

     三、Molding manufacturing

    四、后期處置
    玻璃鋼雕塑的后期處置一方面是修整脫模后產品的部分缺陷,更重要的是制造外表效果。常采用的外表效果是仿紫銅色與仿青銅色,關鍵是配制色漿。

    四、 Late disposal
